At The Floorplan Collective, we invite our clients to leave it to us, not out of surrender, but out of confidence. We design with care, intuition, and an attunement to the lives being lived within the spaces we create.
We are spatial storytellers, designers of emotional architecture.
Every choice is deliberate. Every detail, personal.
Our process is quiet, considered, and full of reverence for how you move, feel, and grow.
This isn’t about trends.
It’s about trust. It’s about craft. It’s about designing spaces that feel like home for now, and for years to come.

Adrian has often been described as having an engineer’s head and a designer’s heart.
His rare blend of technical insight and creative sensitivity has brought comfort and confidence to the hundreds of clients he has worked with over the past 10 years.
Known for his hands-on approach (yes, he’s the guy who’ll actually sit in your new living room just to check if the view feels right), Adrian “thinks in equations,” always anticipating several steps ahead to ensure every detail works in harmony.
For him, each project is not just a job but a chance to see clients genuinely delighted, serving as a spark that continues to fuel his passion and push the boundaries further.
He believes great design is achieved through collaboration and is grateful that together with Julian, he’s built a boutique yet formidable team to ensure every project is delivered with creativity, care, and practicality in mind.
Beyond TFC, Adrian is the founder of The Morning Greeters, a volunteer with Friends of NParks, and an active member of the Singapore Kindness Movement. A father of two, he finds joy in the outdoors, where nature continues to shape both his outlook on life and his approach to design.

Julian has always believed that good design is less about decoration and more about transformation.
His journey began in architecture, where he discovered how much thoughtful design could improve the way people live and experience their spaces.
He found his footing at Edmund Ng Architects, where he was mentored by Edmund Ng himself and rose to the role of Senior Architectural Designer. The experience shaped his design philosophy and instilled in him a standard of excellence he carries forward today, fueling his goal to build a company his mentor would be proud of.
To Julian, a well-designed home is an opportunity for his clients to learn something new about themselves; a journey that quietly but profoundly shapes daily life, how they see the world, and what their place in it might be.
Clients know Julian for his people-first approach: he listens deeply, adapts intuitively, and refuses cookie-cutter solutions in favour of spaces tailored to each family’s unique rhythm.
He sees constraints not as limitations, but as sparks for creativity, and approaches every project with curiosity and care, ensuring the result feels personal, timeless, and quietly luxurious.
As one of TFC’s founders, what inspires Julian most is the process of learning from each client, experimenting with new ideas, and finding fresh ways to make design meaningful.
When he’s not obsessing over designs, Julian enjoys getting courtside for a game of tennis and a good old-fashioned paired with his timeless blues playlist.

Affectionately known as Ah Wei, our humble head carpenter brings over 30 years of experience to the team, yet remains ever open to embracing new ideas and evolving design details.
His friendly and approachable nature leaves clients at ease, and his down-to-earth presence is always a welcome sight. Even after a project is completed, Ah Wei often drops by for a visit. This is a simple, genuine gesture that always leaves a lasting and positive impression.

Jordan floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee in the boxing ring (a little-known fact: he’s a trained boxer with the Singapore national team), but at The Floorplan Collective he brings the same grace and discipline to design — creating with the lightness of a butterfly and working with the diligence of a bee.
Appreciated for his discipline, resilience, and confidence, clients often remark on how “on the ball” Jordan is during project site supervisions. His assured presence and professional demeanor embody the standards we uphold at TFC.
Beyond site work, Jordan has a natural flair for the arts, frequently producing striking sketches and artworks in his free time. Combined with his background in sound engineering, he brings both creative sensitivity and technical precision, a unique blend that enriches our work in unexpected ways.
